Starting to notice the EPS is showing some activity in the Caribbean towards the end of its run. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a hurricane or two there &/or in the Gulf before long (probably after Aug 20)

I'm thinking end of August or early September for sure. The other thing it's looking like a season where everything flares up closer to home

The EPAC seems to be dying off so thats over as a negative
