2021 Banter Thread

Cold kills more people than heat each year . It doesn’t matter to me at the end of the day though. I like extremes , not all extremes though I’d like to experience here . I like extreme cold , but not in NC. I’d take it somewhere that’s accustomed to it like Montana . Extreme snow is cool as well but again somewhere that it’s normal at like the Sierra Nevada in California . Extreme heat and drought in the desert etc. Here in Raleigh I root for extreme storms generally !

I personally don’t understand the polar bears on here who would take snow year round . I always wondered if there was a bit of a correlation between weather preference and personality . For example , some one who is super introverted may prefer cold snowy , rainy weather that’s cozy and keeps everyone inside . Whereas an extrovert may prefer extreme weather , or warm weather in general . I think there may be a bit of a positive correlation there.

The people who fuss at the weenies with the old and tired "You wishing for someone to die?" argument are letting their emotions get the best of them. They are worried / scared of the weather and are speaking irrationally. No one wants anyone to be hurt or lose their house / livelihood, but we are all weather enthusiasts and want to see it reach 155+mph...

I know the song instrumentals but not the song title but I do remember hearing saying "do the ..." I just don't know what it was.

I wish my dad did that to me . Maybe I would have been saved ! See I got introduced to pornography when I was 11 by my animal science teacher who thought it would be funny to show us animals mating videos until a fricken human one came up. I remember feeling guilty and telling my mom when I was 11 about how I watched porn.
 
Why didn’t the chief met here not call this on the ground? The other met kept saying it was down, very weird. It’s not like he is lacking certifications or experience either.

Reminds me of the time where I was sitting by my aunt and a scammer called her about fixing her computer. She did not have one at that moment because the one she was using was broken.

So, her response was something like this (fuzzy since it's been a while):

The lighting and contrast of the bear is different than the surrounding forest. In the 2nd picture you can tell the sun is behind the trees and setting, Thus what we see of the bear should be dark and shadowy, but instead its lit and has high detail. Some other things tipped me off, like how convenient for that branch to be laid so neatly across the path, and then there's the fact that only GCI bears can't smell you behind a tree 15 ft away, a real bear will smell you 1/2 mile away.

Comments confirmed my suspicion.

Now that I'm paying attention i see some inconsistencies as well. Otherwise it is a very well done fake

EDIT: the biggest being the type of forest. That looks a lot like a pine forest in the deep south.

I know this is a stretch, but I posted a pic of tornado damage from the one that hit me and had one with a chair stuck in the side of a house. Does anyone have that saved or can find which thread it was in??? Really need to find it
