FKLS, you can save lives If you see something say something if a tornado is on the ground or straight line winds hitting 80+ can warn travelers stay home roar get indoors NOW
If it's supposed to be blowing that hard, IE Storm, Tornado, ect, then no. If they called for clear blue skies and calm winds for that day, maybe just to see why it's happening.

I'm only calling 911 if someone is severely injured by the storm. Wind speed is irrelevant. I'd call the NWS for storm reports.
