Watch the Canadian come in with some light clouds and sprinkles from an open wave passing through northern Virginia.

Honestly I would love to see what a significant sleet storm, looks like if we’re going to see a half a foot of sleet might as well go all out .. no way though we escape without some back side snow as it wraps around .. and that wouldn’t be no measly backside snow .. but we all know that Gfs run ain’t happening lol

Meh, overrated! Was forecast to get 12-16” in Feb ‘14, sleet mixed in almost immediately, sleeted all day, maybe 2” of sleet, it sucked balls
If the Gfs happened .. even if we got multiple events a 6 inched would feel like a dusting .. NEXT
Not gonna stay up for the euro rug pull, less painful that way

Gotta be honest, I'm worried. Going to be really hard to keep this good look for 4 more days. We, here in the SE, seem to almost always find somehow to mess these things up. I'd really like for this to be about 1-2 days out and not 4-5. ?

I literally have to get up in 4 1/2 hours, no sleep and all for the potential of some fluffy ice crystals to fall from the sky
Enjoy the moment folks. One week from now, make sure you think back and remember how much fun this hobby was on Monday at 12:30 AM 1/11/2022. Potential big dog snowstorm just days away, cold and stormy maps as far as the eye can see, and nothing but good long term signals. This is peak weenietime.

Man, I haven’t felt great this evening/night, and I don’t think there’d be any change if I didn’t puss myself out of watching football (and by that, I mean I successfully knew nothing about the first half until I looked a couple hours in, did look at a couple sources before the game was over in the 2nd half).
