Yes, I was referring to the top of Sugar Mnt. There are condos for sale on the top of the mountain my folks are looking into buying. Is it one of those situations that the top of the mountain averages 40 plus and the base area like 10?

What’s worse than a 300 hour gfs op run? A 500 hour GFS EXT ENS run! ?
The GFS goes crazy with the -NAO!
If that happens, I’ll fly everybody up for a beer!
Free cooler just leave the beer outside
Getting into medium range too sheesh … this is the wild card factor I think that could save our cold season .. -NAO was released from its jail last year and hopefully it wants to continue to be stout
