Well there weren't as many mail in ballots last time either. The circumstances are much different than 2016. Ive never seen a president hold such a big lead on Election night and then days later his lead goes away. I think Trump was up like 15 pts in Michigan at the end of election night. Its almost as if every mail in ballot was a vote for Biden.

No. The democrats claimed it was rigged. Had an independence council wire tap and spy on the President. Evidence bore out that the Hillary campaign financed a dossier from Russia to be used to get a warrant to investigate. The investigation concluded there was nothing. That's how it went.

Now we have actual evidence of ballots being shredded, others thrown in the trash, and 100,000 votes all for one candidate in a 50-50 swing state found after the fact. Sorry, that doesn't happen.

I don’t really see the actual evidence. It’s all just Twitter noise until something is proven. If you’re talking about Michigan with the 100k thing, that has since been proven to not be fraud, as have other allegations

wont happen I don't think. The damage was already done. What we have to fight now is the integrity of voting. No 120 percent of precincts reporting. No shredded ballots, no finding them in trash cans filled out. Things of that nature have to be fixed or there's really no reason for an election. This bothers me, always has. Its getting worse, and there's no pushback at all from the Dems, and very little from Republicans.

Now, how's the weather going? LOL
 
These court challenges will not change the outcome IMO, BUT are very necessary to ensure the integrity of the voting process. I believe deep down even Trump knows this but for the rest of us, if they cheat now and aren't investigated, it will only get worse next time no matter the name of the Republican running. Also, I saw Clyburn complaining before the election that Republicans (Trump specifically) were "suppressing the minority vote" when we can all clearly see now that is was untrue. Also nobody should EVER listen to political pollsters again!

Pretty much. There is no doubt fraud occurred(the current mail in ballot system such in PA begs for it)Was it widespread enough to change the election, very likely no. However, when you have gigantic batch drops for one candidate and counting centers that are paused due to “water pipe bursts” and have to delay results, it doesn’t matter if there is fraud or not because it destroys confidence and allows for doubt.

This all needs to go to court and be sorted out and a solid system put in place if the whole mail in system is what will be the future of elections.

Edit: Will the James/Peters election go to a runoff as well?

A map of voting in Michigan from the election night - which shows a sudden increase of around 130,000 votes for Joe Biden, but none for Mr Trump - has gone viral on social media.

The explanation is simple - it was a data entry error that was later corrected.

Decision Desk, the election monitoring website which created the map, said: "It was a simple error from a file created by the state that we ingested… the state noticed the error and produced an updated count."

The one thing that lessens the idea of fraud in my mind is the fact that the GOP has gained 6 seats in the house all the while Trump is losing in close fashion. That being said, its ridiculous for people to be called conspiracy theorists when the only metro areas that are taking days and days to get their ballots counted are the ones that are changing states like PA and GA. Mail ballots are ridiculous, especially after the CDC said that people who were positive with Covid could still vote at a polling location. The mail in voting needs to be gone, its ludacris. If people are out of state, we have plenty of technology to get their vote routed to the right place. Even military, we can get up voting machines afar and a VPN to dump the results. The only reason you want mail ballots is for fraud.

Edit: I guess we will see in the two Georgia senate races though, that could determine the entire balance of power.

The court challenges will do absolutely nothing to change the outcome or discourage cheating because basically no one on the other side takes Trump seriously

The next two months is gonna be painful here in GA with tv ads and the money that’s gonna be poured into the state over the nxt two months. Ain’t even gonna be able to turn on the tv at Christmas without seeing Perdue, Ossof, Warnock, and Loeffler all over the tv. I’d prefer gridlock in Washington because then they can’t screw anything up which the tend to do and we can just live our lives maybe. The big thing around the country that needs to be fixed is outsider money pouring into the state for state elections that needs to stop no reason for both sides to affect elections where they don’t live.

I wouldn’t dismiss all pollsters . Robert Cahally of trafalgar group and Rasmussen which both get dismissed as far right pollsters ... got this election closer to the final outcome than any ABC/NYTIMES/MARIST /etc poll got ...

Anyway Im out in Britts homestate for the game tommorow. Have an Awesone and Blessed weekend everyone. Whoever wins this election,make sure its done legitimately. Even if its not my side. We cant afford jeopardizing the faith and validity of each one of our votes both sides. Aint 1st or last time Ive lossed one. Sun will come up tommorow and God is always in charge. We owe to those who shed a lot of blood over the past 2 centuries for all us to have a legimate election,vote,voice.

Absolutely agree 100%! Can't handle cheating/stealing..................................... I would say the same thing if it were the other side!!!
