Toothache update:

Kind of like the bedbugs suddenly going away (which is very rare), this is a mini miracle of sorts! The pain suddenly went totally away the morning after I started an antibiotic that my regular dentist had started me on. I had been referred to a perio the next morning to get evaluated for an extraction and implant. The perio thinks the antibiotic is what did it by killing the infection and thus allowing the nerve to calm down. Therefore, he put further treatment on hold until I see him again in 3 weeks.

My regular dentist had diagnosed me with a below the gum tooth fracture on that one molar as per a brand new CT Scan, which he showed me. The perio then did a similar scan and said nothing about a fracture! I kept my mouth shut though he plans to talk to my regular dentist.

I just ate an asiago grilled chicken sandwich from Wendy's..... the chicken was tough, almost rubbery like, seemed a little funky. If y'all don't here from me for a few days you know to stay away from Wendy's

Usually I do, but occasionally I like a bowl of their chili and small fries. I put the fries in the chili like a heathen.

We are now debating whether 60's/low 70's is a torch or not. I guess in the whole grand scheme of things its probably normal, but it sure seems like fire to me. For someone my age who grew up in the late 70's and 80's, I can tell you that November was much colder then. I remember cold Octobers in the early/mid 80's. We've had winter weather in November back then. Hard to determine what actually is normal, and who are we to determine than anyway?

My great grandfather was around in the late 1800's, and he'd tell my grandfather how much warmer it used to be, my grandfather would talk of how cold it was during his childhood. It was colder in mine too, but for my great grandfather it was a warmer climate. Can't put much stock in tell-tales, but evidently the late 1800's must have had a warmer period. I'm ready to get back to the cooler times. Bring on ice age. #End rant, for now...

Epic ! Yes the late 1800s had milder winters than today believe it or not. In fact winters were milder up until the 1960s . To this day we have not even come close to matching the insane torches of 1889-1890 and 1931-1932 where every single winter month averaged highs well into the 60s in Raleigh . 3 straight winter months averaging highs in the 60s... that would make those 2 winters a solid 5 degrees warmer than the torch winter of 2019-2020 just for perspective ! 1937 had a freeze less January for Raleigh , Greensboro as well .

The big difference between the late 1800s and now was that while we definitely had some warm winters in there, when it did get cold, it more frequently got much colder & snowed more frequently (Charlotte's snowfall climo today is roughly equivalent to what Columbia, SC's was in the late 1800s) (Feb 1899, Feb 1895 are a few good examples of extreme cold, the likes of which we haven't seen since).

The winter of 1877-78, a Super El Nino winter, was approximately 4F warmer than the next closest winter in places like Minnesota and the global temperature anomaly during the height of the El Nino was not surpassed until 1982-83 in HADCRUT4.

I like how country music tells a story. Honestly though there's not a lot of today's music i listen to. I prefer 70s and 80s. Most of today's music just seems so fake.

That seems to be there overarching sentiment of most. And I agree for the most part, but there are some real gems in today’s stars. I really think Morgan Wallen is going to be one of the greats. He’s got some bad eggs, but everyone does

Country music has grown so much on me in the past year and idk why. I used to be like Alt rock/pop and hip hop and now my library is stock full of Eric church and Morgan wallen. What happened lmao
You matured ! Welcome to the club of good music appreciatorsss . Jk , tho country is by far my favorite genre . I’m high as hell right now . We were trying to do some -------- crap by lighting a pile of leaves and pouring diesel in a can then shooting it with a .22 to light it . Though my friend couldn’t aim for crap so we just dumped more diesel and I took a little caesars box and filled it with leaves lit it on fire. Hot and ready delivery .

it just seems like all this new music that I hear sounds like a bunch of whining whimpy guys moaning bc a girl left them. Idk.
