If this rainfall prediction is even close to right some of us will eclipse 70 inches with three months remaining in 2020. I’m sure some will have more.

The only way you will lose in this situation is if I was around. You may think I get lucky with rain, but that only started a few months ago. Hurricanes have a history of giving me a shaft.
We should all guess the highest recorded gust from Sally from either a reporting station or a buoy off shore. If she makes Landfall with the NWS saying sustained winds of 110mph, we probably won’t see an actual observation gust over 90-95.
These rain total maps just make me think of mosquitoes.

Driving back from lunch, I saw what i believe was upper level cirrus outflow from Sally, but I didn't see actual clouds. It was Hazy and Tan / Orange. Looking at Goes, I think it's smoke from the California Wildfires in the upper levels.

? Bullseye right over MBY! Hopefully this is redemption for Hurricane Michael, in which the center went right over me, and I about half of the rainfall that areas to the East and Weat saw.

I was bored. I ain’t even gonna get a drop out of this where I’m at anyways.
Maybe I've missed it somewhere, but I haven't seen much love for the RGEM lately, thats one of my favorite short range models in winter. If I remember correctly it was pretty good with the December 2017 system.
