Maybe my geography is off but doesn't that show 6"+ for parts of the Charlotte area ?

Depends on what you define as "Charlotte" area, SC state line is nearly zilch, 10"+ close to Mooresville. Sounds about right
The GEFS is legitimately showing a few members with hurricanes over the Caribbean in early December. I'd be more inclined to believe this than a winter storm this year
Maybe this winter we should embrace the suck. We'll be punting from our own one yard line!

Wow only 1080 hours away from a major ATL storm!!! Time to go buy lots of fake snow shovels and fake milk to get ready for this fake storm! Maybe I should start shoveling since I was shoveling for months last year with all the fake snow I got!

Is it just me, or do we always seemingly have everything you'd need for a major snow, then when an active season takes place its never working, damaged, or garage sold bc we went 4 seasons in a row not using or needing it.

Be careful what you wish for ! That would moderate your winters a lot , flip side could make for a bit cooler summers but also more humid . Maybe some lake breeze thunderstorms ? I agree though let’s turn South Carolina into a giant lake !
I remember this gem from the HRRR in February.
