Let's just get a spring like 2011 and be done with it.
Well we will experience rain in every possible way next 7-8 days. Cool, cooler, warm, warmer, thunder, lightning, heavy, steady, drizzle, annoying
we win!

I had golf-baseball size hail that year if I’m not mistaken with some supercells, gimme gimme gimmeLet's just get a spring like 2011 and be done with it.
I'm never really ready for 90F, unless dews are under 60.I want pop-up storms but I'm not ready for 90F yet
Yessssss this is what I rememberI had golf-baseball size hail that year if I’m not mistaken with some supercells, gimme gimme gimme
We actually missed much of the bad weather in upstate SC except for the early April derecho but we sure had a lot to track that spring and into summer too.I had golf-baseball size hail that year if I’m not mistaken with some supercells, gimme gimme gimme
Feb 1989.This has got to be the worst screwing the SER has ever put on us. I can't ever remember a time where a front that powerful stalls for that length of time just to the west of the Apps..

Well I'm glad I was 8 and don't remember that. Watching the western SE have a blockbuster pattern while you know you have no shot other that some CAD cold rain is depressing. The SER has screwed many winters, but usually we have the whole SE and Mid Atlantic sharing our misery. This time it's literally just GA and the Carolina's. SmdhFeb 1989.
Yeah we believe you, we totally believe you won’t check the next set of model runs!YOU KNOW WHAT I’m tired of this ---- .. warm then cold ice then snow then severe .. IM DONE looking at the models till they know what the hell is going on.. I’m going on a FULL MODEL BREAK
Until the 00z runs ?

Tbf it’s the polar vortex fault for digging so deep so far west . It drove that SER up, plus ya know phase 7 MJO.I don’t think people realize how good this pattern really could (I guess still might) of been. The Southeast ridge ain’t done sh*t all Winter, and it’s going to decide to flex on a Arctic front. Now we sitting here relying on some wack a** wanna be Cad to get some ice. Man..
Meanager* that’s what fro told me they are .Please I’m begging for winter to be over. I saw plenty of snow last weekend. I’m good for another year ?????? Bring me my 70’s now MNGR!
Not that much snow with that cold air though not even in the western SE. Then we did get a cold shot that came straight to NC and SC a week later but still no snow or ice. Had to wait another week to get ice and another week for snow for some of us.Well I'm glad I was 8 and don't remember that. Oh I do! That's why I'm pretty much melting down right now!I don’t think people realize how good this pattern really could (I guess still might) of been. Boo ! You sound like brick . Or maybe your just doing a clever imitation ?These models suck ass! One gives me like 5-8” over next week, the other 0
Yep, it’s just like a water bed, ya jump in the middle, it cause the rest of the bed to bounce up (thats us, the SE ridge)Tbf it’s the polar vortex fault for digging so deep so far west . It drove that SER up, plus ya know phase 7 MJO.
You may wanna consider changing your name to Snowless and Grumpy. I'm pretty sure you get plenty of rain.Well I'm glad I was 8 and don't remember that. Nothing like having it in your backyardPlease I’m begging for winter to be over. I saw plenty of snow last weekend. I’m good for another year ?????? Bring me my 70’s now MNGR!
Yeah, and apparently the -NAO held the TPV further west as well.Yep, it’s just like a water bed, ya jump in the middle, it cause the rest of the bed to bounce up (thats us, the SE ridge)
Agree but I’m in my 30’s now. Idaf where it’s at as long as I’m there when it’s falling ??Nothing like having it in your backyard
You won’t be wanting your Nina, when this summer it doesn’t rain for 74 days straight and temps in the 130 degree range for 3 months! -ShetThis was all I needed! I got my fix. Now cancel winter and give me my Niña View attachment 73643
