Over/ Under 2 winter storms for the SE?
I think 2 but 2 big ones. Most over winter will suck as normal.Damn well better be over, or we might as well phone in springtime.
Depends on where in the SE. The I20 corridor under. 0 to be precise. I85 corridor under. 1 to be precise. Anywhere else is fair game for 2 or more.Over/ Under 2 winter storms for the SE?
The Cumberland Plateau is just tall enough to be a problem. I hate it when the cold holds up in NE Alabama and take forever to bleed over.Chattanooga sucks for ice storms.. not sure why exactly... We either get 6-8 inch snow, or flurries.. rarely ice, or blizzard. lol

1994 is the only time I can remember getting freezing rain without a wedge. We waited all day for the temp to drop a few degrees.Indeed. If you’re southeast of the Cumberland Plateau and northwest of the Blue Ridge, you probably rarely ever see freezing rain.
Atlanta is on the I-20 and I-85 corridor, so what does that mean for Atlanta ?Depends on where in the SE. The I20 corridor under. 0 to be precise. I85 corridor under. 1 to be precise. Anywhere else is fair game for 2 or more.
Zilch BHM, ATL over to CAE. That area has been horrendous for any type of winter weather for awhile now. GSP, CLT and RDU luck up and get 1 CAD storm but still finish below average.Atlanta is on the I-20 and I-85 corridor, so what does that mean for Atlanta ?
Atlanta will see some snow this year. Hopefully a crippling ice storm as well.Atlanta is on the I-20 and I-85 corridor, so what does that mean for Atlanta ?
Regionally? OverOver/ Under 2 winter storms for the SE?

That’s more like it!A crippling ice storm with several inches of snow on top![]()

I think we need to make the over/under on how many storms a thread. Maybe we just start a full over/under thread on upcoming events lolThat’s more like it!
I thought Brick control the winter threads?I think we need to make the over/under on how many storms a thread. Maybe we just start a full over/under thread on upcoming events lol

The power of positive thinking folks.... If you're positive about winter then winter will deliver.
There has been a sharp cutoff around Atlanta. I don't think downtown and points east has seen anything of significance since 2014. Is that correct? I know for sure CAE hasn't.I'm about 14 miles northwest of 85 and 20 miles north of 20 and I've gotten 2.5 inches last year and 12 inches in 2017-18, so not completely horrendous.
Don't forget the big snowstorm in Dec 17. 8" of snow south of I-20. Close to a foot just north of I-20.There has been a sharp cutoff around Atlanta. I don't think downtown and points east has seen anything of significance since 2014. Is that correct? I know for sure CAE hasn't.

Same a usual. Anyone north of 20 and 85 scores.Atlanta is on the I-20 and I-85 corridor, so what does that mean for Atlanta ?
With the exception of 2 or so years we’ve had some solid winters since 2010.I'm about 14 miles northwest of 85 and 20 miles north of 20 and I've gotten 2.5 inches last year and 12 inches in 2017-18, so not completely horrendous.
We will get that I-20 special again one of these days. Maybe in the next 20 years.Same a usual. Anyone north of 20 and 85 scores.
This might be the smartest thing I’ve ever seen posted on this site and I’ve followed/lurked on this site for awhileI just think it's silly and pointless to predict winter because it never goes as planned.
STOP THE SE RIDGE!
Fixed.Make winter great again and without COVID
Nobody is due more than DFW. This is your winter !Make winter great again
