Raleigh didn't do all that bad. Most of Wake County eastward got at least 2-3" from the February 20 storm. I thought we'd get shut out completely after how mild December and January was. However that was the only widespread snow for the region, and IMBY we didn't have a single flake all winter otherwise. I'm pretty sure Raleigh still had more snow than Baltimore or Philadelphia last winter.

It could be -20 with 2 feet of fresh snow and someone would still complain
In that case they would complain about how it is too cold and how they want warmth. This happens a lot with any snow threat past February.
Could have been big foot ?
10 years ago that wasn’t a problem. I don’t even think Atlanta has had a winter this good recently.
