When was the last time Tuscaloosa had measurable snow seems like it’ll never snow in Tuscaloosa again besides getting flurries ????
I tend to think this cold weather, and effects from the SSW event are going to last well into March. But we'll find a way to not get a decent stormHonestly im feeling the same way. The cold days and long winter nights are wearing on me.
I bet we have a BN March, then April/May is a scorcherI tend to think this cold weather, and effects from the SSW event are going to last well into March. But we'll find a way to not get a decent storm

It's close. Waa is kicking in aloft not there are a lot of wetbulb snow soundings late Sunday into early Monday.I am just wondering what the chances are for central/western AL? Some forecasters say there’s a chance and some say not at all. Temp never made it past 37° today.

This might be the best thing I've seen in a while
The last day or so, the awesome pattern looks a little less awesome, tbh. We'll see.
I'm just hoping we get the cold pattern.
Aka more cold rain.Yep. Feels like a more marginal pattern coming up but we get to play the waiting game for now.

Awesome April inboundYep. Feels like a more marginal pattern coming up but we get to play the waiting game for now.
Might be the only way.I can’t wait till we punt and think it’s over by March then there’s a 6+ inch snow event that’s somehow colder than any setup in January/February
Awesome April inbound

What does Justanotherweatherfanihavethelongestscreennameinthehistoryofscreennamesinalloftheweatheruniverse have against an awesome April?
Ummm...... I don’t like severe weather or tornadoes.@Justanotherweatherfan
I'm with you!
It's severe weather and storm chasing time in April. ⛈?
DFW at least seems to do alright in this arena.

I would agree with you, but snow is something that falls for 30 minutes or less, so summer storms/summer > winter and its dry, cracking cold and lack of snow/looking at models only to get nothingSummer thunderstorms have always been meh for me, it feels like they happen nearly every day. Snow is something that is actually special.
Well my lady friend was removed so I’ll gladly replace it with this beauty. ?
Man if only......
