I'm predicting nothing for Winter except we definitely get colder than 22, which was last cold season's coldest temp.

One more prediction: We have more freezes this Nov-April.. Last year there were only 31 freezes. The average for CHA is 59. I will call for 50 this time period Nov 2020 through April 2021.. (btw, no official freeze in CHA yet).

I just looked at the November's of 98 and 99 for KATL, and neither had a low in the 60s. We are on another level of warmth now with these overnight lows.
