Too bad 1959-60 cranked out a big dog in mid February that's comparable in magnitude to the early December storm. Even that super backloaded winter is about to pass us

You should see how hard it is in N AL! This will be at least the second year in a row where parts of central and southern Alabama get more in one storm than any northern part does the whole winter. It is truly amazing how hard it is to get 2” of snow in the eastern piedmont of North Carolina. I am serious.
Yeah we just cant buy a snow anymore here I dont get itYou should see how hard it is in N AL! This will be at least the second year in a row where parts of central and southern Alabama get more in one storm than any northern part does the whole winter.

you just ruined his Monday and Tuesday! I’m not expecting anything but showers! Glad I live 1 1/2 hours from the highest peaks E of the MississippiIt is not going to snow in Wake County with the cold front, other than maybe a 5 minute flurry as the clouds depart. @Brick Tamland
Nice! I like the fajita quesadilla and/or the special number whatever contains the burrito, taco, and Chile relleno with a side of beans... and all the chips you can give me!House fajitas for dos

But, but, but this is not your typical cold front! The deathly cold is right behind it!Agee, seems unlikely. We are in 50’s and 850’s at +1 as precip approaches. We do crash but seems like rain to me.

It’s been particularly bad since the downgrade a few years ago. I’m serious. It used to be hands down the go to. But it’s had a rough go since then.Does anyone else feel like the European model has been particularly bad this winter? It seems to be very inconsistent. I’m sure it’s still on top of the verification scores though.
If we got snow every time the cold came in after the precip we would avg 100” per year. But, but, but this is not your typical cold front! The deathly cold is right behind it!![]()
