Chatham County. A county, often looking west at the Triad's ability to generate snow while the rest of the central and coastal plain gets rain.
Chatham County, A county often looking east at an east coast hugger, that lends atlantic moisture and gives the coastal plain a foot while areas west get nothing.

Chatham County, a county stuck in the middle.
 
For once can we just have a southern legit early winter storm already with 15 to 30 inches of snow streching from Dallas Texas through Jackson Mississippi up through Tuscaloosa Alabama towards Atlanta Georgia and up through the Carolina's with blizzard conditions
