Atleast I’m not gonna miss any exciting weather while on my cruise! It may be warmer in SC than it is in the Bahamas!?? I’ll be recharged and joining back into the 15 day hunt for cold and pattern change, that will get us to mid February, for the awesomist backloaded winter since the last one! :(

So Get It Together is an amazing album by the J5 just because of Michael's voice alone. You can tell when the songs were recorded by how he sounds.

I just told my significant other that I was gonna take a break and check back in 2 weeks. I was told well aren't you cute for thinking you have that kinda will power lol!!
 
Clemson is stupid. Now there having to use drugs to compete? And it’s a total unsolved mystery, Robert Stack style, as to how they got in there system??? They will probably beat ND, but don’t stand a SSW saving winter, chance in hell, of beating Bama. If they should happen to, it would have to have a asterisk beside it, because they cheated!14-0* w/ drugs!!!!

I just read Las Vegas had snow today with a temp of 51 degrees lmao!!!! (sorry if this should have been posted in banter.)

where did you get that? no precip since a trace Thursday afternoon, and high today of 49

I don't remember the details exactly but I've seen what younger me thought was snow at 45-48 degrees. It was probably graupel as it was small white bits of ice.

Oh and I looked up Las Vegas snow on twitter and there was a short video of snow and it was blowing on the road a bit at least near Las Vegas.

There's that and pictures and it doesn't look like graupel. It's legit, dang.

Edit, hmm, nevermind it might be.
 
I guess I'm not really frustrated right now as I still have football. If we don't see signs of a change in about 10 days and I continue to have failure to nail a job interview and get the job blues, I might be feeling defeated.
 
Thought for a moment while I was half watching the 500 mb height anomaly map that we'd have a little bit of life on a possible pattern change past 300 but nope. Even fantasy land GFS is going out with a dud as it just looks like the spring like pattern we've been in since the second half of December began.

If we can get a flip by Jan. 15 and stay there for a month, that'd be nice, and I'm holding out hope we start seeing signs of the light at the end of the tunnel then. The verification scores have been poor past day 5, so perhaps they're struggling with what the MJO might or might not do.

Wow all of the HYPE that JB and Dt has been doing this year and it boils down to 7-10 days. IT seems every year we go through this B.S.
The only thing different are the excuses but the results are the same.
