Nashville more snow than Atlanta i believeAs far as major metro areas,,,Atl was the winner.
Little Rock more than anyone I think.Nashville more snow than Atlanta i believe
it's overperformed vs the models then any other metros (so far)Little Rock more than anyone I think.
I would be shocked. I’m 30 minutes south and we maybe have an 1.5”. Very underwhelmingNashville more snow than Atlanta i believe
I’m tickled to death over our 4 inches of snow here in NE Madison County, AL. We’ve been on a strange line for the past couple of snows where we could walk a mile north westward and folks would’ve been blistered with snow while we got freezing rain or nothing. Mets here saying we could even get another inch or 2
Nice! The brighter radar returns in ne ga is heavy snow. It’s pouring. 2” so farFinally starting to rip fat hoes! Now let's pile it up!
Longer than you think unless its a downpour. It compacts it more than anything. Makes for better snowmen. For those who have dealt with front end thumps in the past, how long does it usually take for snow to melt once the switchover the rain happens?
It is already accumulating on the tops of trees..I'll be surprised if there's much Freezing Rain in Metro Atlanta.
I really fail to see how FFC's widespread 0.4" verifies even here. At worst I expect 0.2.I haven't personally been the biggest fan of the ice threat w/ this storm. There will likely be some light to moderate glaze of course, but without a continuous supply/feed of cold air from the north, it's going to be hard to do pull some of the big numbers I've been seeing.
Just now got to 32 at KRDU, and that's one of the warmest spots around hereEncouraged with HRRR trends. It's still likely too warm at the surface still.
