Snow is about done now. Just sleet falling. Looks like about 1.5" total.
27/15 and complete overcast right now. I haven’t been outside yet but the sky definitely has that look to it. Love the 1990s TWC local forecast throwback

I am closing in on 4" N Druid Hills, Ga..
Probably had two inches or so here. Snow has stopped and is spitting some rain now. Fun to look at for sure.
More pics from Birmingham. This is in Cahaba Heights from one of our employees. Looks like a solid 3+ inches. European and EPS were locked in.

Anyone got an update for the hrrr or short term model for the Charlotte area. My untrained eye says we may be in trouble here in parts of NC.

Heavy snow in Lawrenceville GA big flakes!
No ruler on hand but looking like around 3-4" right next to Truist Park

Hrr had 0 inches falling in the Atlanta area on the run from 2 hours ago. I wouldn't sweat it too much.

I think we are.
Not sure we can really put much weight into the HRRR right now. It’s failed miserably back over Alabama and Georgia. It has ATL getting rain right now and they are getting their heaviest snow in 14 years at the moment

imo if we are in trouble for anything it might be losing some qpf to virga/evap cooling since it's still so dry for many places
