i know it’s late but with additional ice coming and enough snow on ground to warrant a winter storm warning it really needs to be issued for a few more counties

Yeah those TV in-house models are still showing snow up here but I agree, very dry airmass doubt any makes it to the ground. They are still showing decent onset zr potential right along the border. I won't be surprised if an advisory is issued late afternoon for Warren Co. westward for counties on the border for that light glaze potential before change over. Looks like we're losing the backside band option boo

LIght sleet has just started here near Lake Wheeler and it is 42 degrees according to my weather station. If the precipitation picks up, the temperature might drop enough to make things interesting as it approaches dewpoint.
