You kinda did, I’ll take my almost inch though. Also go HokiesWe stole that front end thump from the wahoo state today.
This has been weird for sure. Rates never seemed to match up with radar. Looks like some heavier stuff may come back in here soon and hopefully will still be ok in the temp profile.Sleet mixed with snow now in Roanoke. I think if we get back in heavier precip echos it would be snow.
hate yall, no flakes here yetWe stole that front end thump from the wahoo state today.
No just talked to him...Wonder if powerstroke is out making money tonight, like old days
Ratios were awful for accumulation. This has been weird for sure. Rates never seemed to match up with radar. Looks like some heavier stuff may come back in here soon and hopefully will still be ok in the temp profile.
Edit: ZR IP mix as this next batch moved in...
So I am in north central Alabama (on Smith Lake). I am beginning to hear chatter of wrap around moisture being able to squeeze out some accumulating snow here. Is anyone seeing any modeling showing this?
PS- I've been a lurker here for years and never commented. Love reading all of your posts.

Big problems ahead if we don’t get a warm up
Kind’ve. The sleet corridor was never all sleet. Always a mix with snow or rain.sleet corridor was narrow?
interesting. i didn't think the ice threat would be that large- lack of cad or any sort of cold air feed made me scoff at the ice forecastsKind’ve. The sleet corridor was never all sleet. Always a mix with snow or rain.
Stronger front end snow has locked in the cold that is why it’s still below freezing in a lot of areas.interesting. i didn't think the ice threat would be that large- lack of cad or any sort of cold air feed made me scoff at the ice forecasts
Went out and done a little tonight. Had to knock dust off salters lolWonder if powerstroke is out making money tonight, like old days
