I'll take this and run (my grid forecast):
Bright banding showing up near Galax, Virginia. All the snow in Wilkes/Surry should lose the snow growth once we get a good lull. Should go to sleet ZR then cold rain by morning.

rain/sleet mix I think where I am(I hear a lot of pinging for what is just a drizzle)
Needed that bright banding setup over Charlotte or near Hickory. Galax, Virginia is already too far north. Meaning we are just in a few micro pockets of cold air east of the mtns gonna warm aloft quickly

Roads are white in Yadkin, Surry, Wilkes, this could help our ZR accumulation some. But still think it’s largely Sparta, NC north for .2” or more.
