9.3” right now for me and getting the heaviest of the dayWe DID IT DOUBLE DIGITS!View attachment 192970
4 to 4.5 west of you in Tigerville.I finished at 9”. I had people a couple miles away saying they had between 11-12” and we were all under the same bands. Places in northern Greenville county that didn’t get that last death band were sitting at 8” so I might be closer to that 11-12” mark. Just no way to know with all the snow drifts. I took mine on a table out in the center of the driveway to try and get the most accurate I could, but even it likely had some taken off the top tbh. But I’ll stick to my 9” measurement
I’m glad that you got some either way man. What happened though? Last I looked at a map you guys down that way were supposed to get pasted with about 5inch right?Just not an enjoyable one here in CAE. Entire storm was summed up by 1 45 min burst of snow. Some back end snow working in now that might give us another inch, but I’ll unfortunately remember this one more so for the exciting days leading up to it rather than the day of the storm itself. Congrats to everyone that scored & for the Raleigh area filling things in & saving things at the last second.
I’m at 2 inches. Enjoy the night fam.
A true downpour. I’m staring out my window like a giddy little kid on ChristmasAbsolutely pouring snow right now
The dry slots really cutting into anything major down here. Driveway and roads hasn't even folded yet. Probably 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch on grass so far. Think the airport recorded 0.6. Amazing what 15-20 miles difference does.Light returns over here but still a light snow. Looks to have pushed me to 1.5". HRRR insistent on another 2 to 3" overnight
BALL DON’T LIESlant sticking
Can confirm.Absolutely pouring snow right now

This is definitely the energy coming in from the east with the coastal low — because these rates are head and tails above the light to moderate snowfall I had all afternoon. Can confirm.
That area on the radar at the NC/SC below me in really growing and heading north, hopefully this is the coastal starting to do work.
Worst storm I've ever trackedView attachment 192981
It just does not want to rip tonight… Come on!!
Picked up another 1" on the driveway in the last 90 minutes. I *think* that'll put me in the foot club, lol. I'm not putting my boots on anymore. It's still a lot of small flakes right now and have a couple hours of that I think. My work is complete.
Beep beep boop boop. Foot of snow for this human. Good night!
Not falling for itHopefully this verifies....

i don't understand man. i understand the hesitancy to bring out the fine china but if theres ever a time its now
Thats very accurate for Oconee county. I was dead nuts on 4 inches most spots measured. We drove toward Mountain Rest where it quickly doubled that 20 minutes away. I was worried this morning when I got up and there weren't any flurries or anything so all in all im happy with 4 inches. Still haven't gotten a 6 incher in decades at nearly 1000ft elevation. Columbia got it in 2010 and now Charlotte. Time to come back full circle one of these winters hopefully.
It's soooo close.View attachment 192981

Well that pretty much confirms my amateur measurements ...12 and 13 inches between Mooresville and Salisbury. That ULL/mesolow track was incredible. From here out, this is a bar to measure future storms.
YES, it is giving us hope !Radar has alot of precip starting to fire up at the most southern part of nc there may be hope for those that have been dry slotted by the looks of it as it seems to be building in strength the further inland it comes
