Any and everyone is entitled to discuss and make their own predictions, but don't package them as if they represent a professional organization. If you (they) beat the professionals, feel free to boast about it afterwards too. All fair game, except for the impersonation. It's hard enough to get the message out and above all the noise and other social media voices out there as it is these days without that rubbish murking up the waters even more.

If you put your cursor on the screen on Pivotal, it shows a 0.04 area roughly from just east of Hickory to Rock Hill to Pinehurst to Chapel Hill to Greensboro. It has a small 0.05 area just N and NE of Charlotte

Trash till mid-month. But if I wake up to a dusting of snow on my car tomorrow, I'm good till January. Just go back to mountain biking! Lake Norman State Park, come on up!

Remember that whole thing I talked about earlier today where someone impersonates your professional forecast? Yeah, he's done that to our shop (this year) so I'm officially done with the guy. I never liked him or his forecast methodology before, but after these recent developments I've lost all respect for him professionally. He's an egomaniac who only pretends to care about his audience, but his true passion is clicks and views at all costs.

I hope Charlotte doesn't get a single flake. Not because I'm jealous, but because if they do, and they manage a coating Brad P will declare victory and the snowless streak over regardless of how bad the rest of winter turns out. And sure it'll count as measurable snow if they get a dusting but if that ends up all they get all year I'd hardly call that a victory after the last 2 years. So I'd rather not give him the satisfaction and have to wait until an actual storm hits Charlotte, whenever that may be.

Appreciate it! And I totally get it. I live in Charlotte proper, about 8 miles E of the airport. Can’t imagine what it’s gotta be like time after time in your neck of the woods. Hoping things start to look up that way for you sooner than later
