Yeah Durhams like that , south Durham is where all the rich suburban folks are and where any growth occurring is mostly happening . Central Durham is very very crime ridden , worse than Atlanta , only growth is maybe gentrifying . North Durham is mostly slow growing , rednecks start popping up that side .

Probably just going to remove all threads but the weather threads. I'd hate to be labeled as anything going forward.

Yep, looks like we will have to do away with "whamby" and make a new one called "Weather Complaints" instead.

Yeah I hear a few people don't like the site, they don't have to be here..... just my .02 analysis

North Durham is slow growing because people protect it. We could have a subdivision on every corner but nobody wants to be South Durham or Cary up here.

Also, per capita, Durham isn’t even in the top 15 cities for crime in North Carolina but you propped yourself up on that lazy trope. Let’s talk about the sheer amount of per capita overdoses in the small towns in this state.

It’s not lazy it’s true . Your larger population in recent years number masks the horrific crime problems y’all have had for decades .

Finally having no storms to follow has allowed me to have the most amount of motivation and focus since last fall.

Good old fashioned message board fight where one site thought they were being slick but have been caught. So now instead of airing things out I'm putting out cryptic messages to get my point across that we know
