Misc Stock Market

Yeah, this is pretty bad...I am probably an idiot for buying now but our economy isn't broken like in 2008. We had this taper tantrum and rate hike tantrum in 2018 and yeah markets sold off 20% so maybe I should have waited.

I think taper/rate hike tantrum along with Russia/Ukraine fears are causing this drop. Quite a few stocks were overvalued too like UPST, AFRM, etc that have now had their bubble pop. One concern I have is all the traders trading on margin, quick crashes like this can cause some issues there.

The margin debt is just ridiculous....

Exactly my concern. The margin debt comes calling and you have a lot of issues. Of course it might promote people to get back to work and help the labor shortage lol so maybe that is the end goal here. Who knows, but market down over 3% today is pretty ugly. Going to be some good deals when the bottom hits so I'm going to start scanning for companies with good growth potential and low debt.

So....what's the best solid, blue chippish company that has taken a massive % cut off ATH that could see a large rebound in the coming weeks/months? Netflix a good play? Amazon? Others?

TSLA? And people lol at GME. It seriously has lots of upside potential...not just as a meme stock

Not sure in weeks, but, trading at a low P/E and could double going back to all time highs
