So thanks to model trends we don’t get the snow but a cold rain , nor do we get a warm day just cold rain. We are on our way to an entire week of cold rain with highs and lows of 44/40 every single day Monday until Friday when the sun shines again.
I expect this storm to trend south to glory and deliver a 12 inch lollipop to concord NC and nothing for areas south of Charlotte ?? let’s reel it in

I’m glad no carrots were dangled for I-20 and I-85 folks. There were several good runs before that trended badly. Could you imagine the meltdown??

I think the SSW and PV hype is forever dead now too. It seems to correlate more with Siberian and European cold this year. It perhaps has been incorrectly viewed as a sure thing for North America which as we can see is far from being the case.
When Judah screams SSW next winter, we will collectively roll our eyes.

Well the expectation that SSWs magically mean cold needs to be taken out back and shot. There needs to be an understanding that a mechanism is required to place the cold in NOAM
I’ve said it before. I’m not done with winter and I still prefer cold, but I’m excited for some #stormhour material
