Well they said if she does not publicly clarify her statements she will be sued.....the clock is ticking...Powell is a joke she will probably try to quietly put out a retraction statement late on Friday night after Jan 20th

Here is the statement Newmax put out after Dominion sent them a similar letter. The " I know what I saw" lady in Michigan got one too and she also sat down and STFU.....

There were no shenanigans that went on. They are 1-61 in court. There is no there, then to investigate. Also, might want to read the Mueller Report.

Good. She needs to be sued if she's lying. I've said that from the get-go. The truth is the final arbiter. So let's see if the courts throw the suit out on standing or if they still actually allow hearings where actual evidence can be discovered and reviewed.

I agree 100% I cant wait to see Powell disbarred and fined....I mean if she cant seem to prove these stupid ass allegations in the 60+ court cases team Trump has lost then what actual evidence do you think she has.....I mean what the actual f**k are these people waiting for before they provide all this "evidence and proof" they have about all the voter fraud.......none of it is real, there is no evidence since there was no fraud, she never had it because its impossible to posses something that does not exist. I wonder how much money she is making off her go fund me's and legal defense funds etc....I suspect shortly after she is sued she will really push for those donations then at some point attempt to settle with Dominion and avoid a trial etc....

You're misrepresenting a little bit in your tirade there. She hasn't had 60 court cases about this.

Evidence discovered???.....see that's the whole problem with this shenanigan from the get go.....there never has been any factual evidence just the hope that the court will pick up the case and evidence will fall out of thin air after the fact. Hell almost all the judges have dismissed theses cases on LACK OF MERIT..............drops the mic.....
Thats irritated me from the get go i wana see some real evidence because the type of fraud that is be alleged would have to have MANY involved not just a few rouge DEMOCRAT RAN CITIES simultaneously stealing an election without any collaboration. A trail like that would leave crumbs and lots of them. Any yess i can be convinced the majority of my family is staunch republicans i just want to see it make more sense than my three year old making a tantrum because he dint get his way.....

All it really takes are say 4 or 5 states that dont clean up there voter rolls, harvest ballots by the thousands with zero accountability for the accuracy of them. Its pretty obvious actually
 
I recommend listening to the whole one hour convo Trump had with Georgia Secretary of State a REAL STATESMAN and PATRIOT BRAD RAFFENSPERGER. (I pray for his familys safety i can only imagine). When trump Pressed him on the Dominion Voting machines Brad replied that all data matched the tallies not once but three times and the data his administration had was not correct.......its black and white people there is no grey area this time he lost........Now you can sit there and cherry pick all u want your truth might not be the nexts but this is getting ridiculous the long term damage on our democracy and repercussion's is done. I guarantee you almost every presidential election from here on out will be contested and follow this precedent hopefully our country can withstand it because if the house was in Republican control this election would have been over turned and that better give every one of you CHILLS imagine that house being in blue control if the shoe is on the other foot it sets an awful precedent....that eventually would lead to our collapse.

Why u always come out of the woodwork for me i respect were both military but come on man u know its going to turn in a tit for tat.....ur sitting there thinking i couldint be prersuaded if jesus himself was right in front of me.........im a very moderate guy ive voted both ways but its a ---- show and you know it.

Im not coming after you my man just posting on top of what you posted. Im sorry but I have to question this election for reasons I have posted MANY TIMES! If its abnormal I eant to know why, especially when it comes to our elections. The reason? Just like you said.....We served! It was BS, I know it was complete BS and I refuse to just "take it"

What going to happen when a democrat contests there election with a democratic house and senate? Were on VERY THIN ICE these are serious accusations that will have repercussions for years to come whether they were true or not. This isent a OOOPS im sorry bro my bad type thing u better have some evidence to start with there is no room for failure or Fuc# ups it could mean the END of the United States.......

There is an overwhelming amount of circumstantial evidence and statistical irregularities to warrant a serious inquiry. The fact that it is all just dismissed out of hand by every mainstream media source, anti-Trump politician, and talking head, and the fact that every attempt to access real hard machine data or ballot inventories is met with extreme resistance pretty much seals the deal on a widespread organized fraud scheme.

This is how fraud works. Every single time. If you can't see that, then there's nothing that can be done for you.

75 million people are pissed off and TIRED of this. They always say "fight in the courts", "fight at the ballot box". Ok what the #$%@ do you do when you cant do that wbile you are being laughed at? You just move on? If I stole from you what would you do? Accept it?

My mother in law and dad voted for trump in 2016. They voted for biden this year both are moderate mostly supported republican's there whole lives. They voted for Biden because of there dislike for trump and his mouth. Trump lost because of that imo and the coronavirus. This was not a typical election by no means. My dad could let the tweets go but the handling of the coronavirus done it for him. Polls are worthless and in this years case feeds conspiracy theory's and i promise you election officials and secretary's of state were well aware of any irregularites.........but not enough to overturn there state or election.........dont you think one at least ONE would have not certified there states election results think about it. Theres always going to be a few votes of fraud they know that trust me ive worked for our county's election board and they caught it but not on the scale trump wants to believe or enough to effect the election.

They knew what was in front of them a year ago when the coronavirus broke out that it would impact elections. Steps could have been taken then to quall there fears. But was done so after he lost go fiqure......mail in ballots were ok in states he won just not in the ones he lost??????

From the call in GA the only one trying to steal is TRUMP. What if that was OBAMA on that call to RAFFENSPERGER asking to find 12,000 votes magically after the man just said tallies matched the data...............drops mic

NO! Some states have their sh*t together and some dont. Those that dont have a long, long, long history of it. Georgia was a bit of a surprise but, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania were not. These states have serious defects in their voter rolls and michigan and Pennsylvania have a history of corruption. As far as the states he won? Hell Id be more than happy to know if it happened there to. There is no way Joe Biden hid in his basement while Trump drew tens of thousands of people. All of the anamolies that I pointed out in the other thread should at the very least make every American question how and why. It doesn't appear to phase half of America one bit. Its sad and disappointing but surprising.

Ignoring the obvious fraud , the fact Joe Biden who spent his entire campaign hiding , answering questions about fav ice cream for press while trump was grilled is indicative of the massive systemic bias that fights against conservatives . It’s engrained in the universities , media , science , and tech . According to one UCLA proffessor it prob costs republicans 8-10 points every my election . That’s the real threat !

Yeah its sooooo obvious and easy to do yet for some reason Trump's team cant seem to find or prove any of these thousands of votes happened, hell they cant even prove 1 single fraudulent vote, in case after case and hearing after hearing the Trump legal folks have not proved any fraud....in the meantime every single state board of elections and the Federal election board reviewed, audited and in some cases totally recounted their ballots and found no evidence of fraud, then certified the election sent the electors who then voted Biden in as the next POTUS.....
 
@Mcdowell_weather absolutely mastering this topic imo. I'm a right of center independent who had voted GOP for Pres Reagan through Romney. Reagan is by far my favorite Pres of my life. I'm not the least bit left of where I have been and I'm not at all becoming a Dem, but I couldn't handle voting for Trump mainly because of his disrespecting as well as VERY divisive behavior. Trump acts like Pres of only half the country and treats the other half like enemies instead of opponents. And now he's almost attempting the equivalent of a coup. Biden has a long history of being a moderate and working with the GOP. It was a very easy choice for me. @Mcdowell_weather 's parents sound like they're similar to me.

Trump did not pick up votes in general, pick up votes across key demographics in multiple states, win demographically diverse bellwether states and counties that have predicted election outcomes with almost 100% accuracy for decades, and maintain statistically insurmountable leads deep into election night, only to get massively and absurdly outperformed in the 5 key counties of the 5 key states that had to break in exactly that way to give Biden the win.

If you can believe that happened, then you have absolutely no room at all to ever criticize any conspiracy theory ever, including flat earth, 9/11, and lizard people. Good grief.

Thank you Larry I respect everyone's view. I come from a long line of conservatives and moderates. I served my Country, I love my Country. I try and sit on the fence and hear all perspectives before judgement i try my best too anyway. Im not perfect but this is ridiculous the implications on our children and children's children is alarming. This is no joke or something to be taken lightly......Trump loss was his fault and his alone imo as my paw would say "We make our beds an we lay in em". Steps could have been taken long ago..........not after the fact in most cases.

No model in history seen the coronavirus either or the economic downturn........its the economy......period even if the coronavirus started it and the numbers were great no sitting president has won without a favorable one on election day.......
