Political Free Zone (No Exceptions)

When I was stationed at Coronado there was a hole in the wall not far from base that served nothing but philly steak sandwiches. Best I ever had. It was an old man and his son. I kept hearing people ask for the sandwich with "vitamins" so the old man had 2 bottles that he would squirt on the sandwich (The vitamins). I knew one was Worcestershire sauce but could never figure out what the magical hot sauce was but the combo was out of this world. I used to cut up with the old man trying to find out the secret and he would never tell. Well the last day I was in Coronado before I transfered to Little Creek I went in one last time to say bye and on my way out his son came out with a bottle of Chalupa sauce from the old man! Best combo ever for a steak sammich fellas. Vitamins = Worcestershire + Chalupa sauce

To get really crazy about it I love ketchup on my burger but won't order it actually on it. Cold/room temp ketchup on warm ketchup is a no go

I’m a deli mustard, onions, and kraut sometimes. Other times I’m a yellow mustard, hot dog sauce, onions, and slaw dog kinda guy.

Just had 2 dogs all the way from 2nd St Lunch today..... mustard, ketchup, chili, onions and slaw. Almost had to eat it with a spoon lol man it was good.

Man yes!!! And next week when I get my first tomato, I'll slather up 2 pieces of bread with Dukes, some tomato slices, few slices of jalapeno, salt, pepper and a big ol towel to catch all the juices running down my face haha.

See.....we were talking about delicious foods all day and you and sandbar had to come in here and ruin it.

You guys seriously eat that crap? That's almost as bad as my mom eating PB and banana samdwiches. Wtf

I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches! Peter pan to be exact.... shoot take a ripe banana, mash it up with some peanut butter and a little honey, whoa!!!

Favorite chips! My choice was Tom's mesquite bbq and Doritos. This was the point of contention. The wife and stepson didn't view Doritos as chips because they are corn not potato. So what's your favorite chip. Are Doritos chips or something different? Then came the biggest question yet. Do you prefer crunchy Cheetos or the puffs?

Dill relish; not that sweet relish crap. Lately, I’ve been just putting a dill pickle spear in the bun.
 
My last "special" hot dog was 4 years ago at a place I cant remember in Myrtle Beach. Something ale house but i got a footlong cover in fries and chili and it was heaven.

Another thing that will blow your tastebuds is get a chorizo queso from your favorite Mexican joint. We typically get plaza Azteca and use that chorizo queso on your burger as chili. Life changing.

Bringing the ice cream back up. For all yall NCSU folks. Best Howling cow flavor? Oh and they sell it in Harris teeter now, and Sunset Slush in Zebulon gets a few flavors from howling cow! Sunset slushs "Campfire delight " flavor is nuts ( its howling cow). I got two friends who work for howling cow making the stuff. They give me free ginormous store size tubs of the stuff and protein milk since they have too much apparently!

My wife is from philly and when i was there she thought inwas gonna get beat up.

I refused to order it with that cheese whiz yellow poop cheese and when I order i ordered a steak and cheese with provolone instead of a cheesesteak all the way.

I did get some funny looks.
