We're on the northern edge of it though, so not expecting much locally
Got several minutes of some very gusty winds and a quick .38" of rain. Lost power for a few minutes, too. Hung out in the basement for about 15 minutes with the family just to be sure one of my neighbors dead pine trees didn't come down on us.Nothing severe, but things did get kind of Randy (gusty) with the squall line.
It kind of bowed out as it moved through.
Only got 1 rumble of thunder though.

Well that was a fail by nearly all forecasters. Half inch to 1” of rain will NOT be occurring East of the mountains. Oops
Yep big split nothing for central nc. But some down EastI should get .50 or so tonight and I definitely qualify as east of the mountains......
