yeah... this is the system that breaks the ice on the severe wx train... should just be the start to what looks be active severe season... do believe this system will come further east... but lets see how models handles the system as week unfolds...Hopefully this system will come into better picture soon for who will see what, and where.
LOL - sounds like a snow forecast from this February ------ just kiddingyeah... this is the system that breaks the ice on the severe wx train... should just be the start to what looks be active severe season... do believe this system will come further east... but lets see how models handles the system as week unfolds...

You want sun (and sunburn) today - please visit MBYif we could break out into some sun today we would have a decent threat of severe storms this afternoon
I wouldn't be mad about it. Had light rain and upper 40s most of the day. Sun is trying to peak through now up to 52. We are going to need as big jump this afternoon to get some instability goingYou want sun (and sunburn) today - please visit MBY![]()

I don't like severe weahter anyway but this season will focus (*IMO) into the western areas of the mid south and into the midwest where the cool fronts get hung up. I wouldn't look for much severe this season east of the Mountains. If I lived in Western Tenn, Missouri, Okla, Ind, Ohio, Ark, Tx and Ill, I would be very apprehensive about what may be ahead this SpringJB is all in

How has the Euro been handling this system recently?Gonna have to watch this one. Dew points are not overly impressive at this point but still needs to be watched.![]()

Really? Haven't looked at it much, didn't even know there was any potential tomorrow.... hail/wind threat?I am pretty intrigued by the severe weather potential tomorrow
Yeah pretty similar to Saturday, limited coverage but a good chance of wind/hail in any intense stormsReally? Haven't looked at it much, didn't even know there was any potential tomorrow.... hail/wind threat?
Gotcha...Yeah pretty similar to Saturday, limited coverage but a good chance of wind/hail in any intense storms
lolGotcha...
Im honestly more disappointed that our .5-.75 of rain has dried up to hoping that a storm rolls through. The recent rain has been nice but its still pretty dryGotcha...
Pretty much a Tn/norther Ga/SC and southern NC threat?Yeah pretty similar to Saturday, limited coverage but a good chance of wind/hail in any intense storms
Probably. It looks like the 12z NAMs shifted farther south so we both might be out of play, that sucksPretty much a Tn/norther Ga/SC and southern NC threat?
I missed out the other night too.... had hail to my south and to my northProbably. It looks like the 12z NAMs shifted farther south so we both might be out of play, that sucks
I was at a friends house over by North Hills watching the games and the hail covered the ground there. Crazy stuff, tried to go live in the southernwx facebook and failed miserablyI missed out the other night too.... had hail to my south and to my north
Dang man, that would have been cool.... had some friends in Roanoke Rapids post some pics on FB with hail on their deck like that.I was at a friends house over by North Hills watching the games and the hail covered the ground there.
