I know all that and never said it would. We could get into specifics of a home made suppressor but my point is the same, it's not hard to modify. Results will never be as good but can be done. A bump stock is not near as good as a fully auto weapon manufactured to be that way and that is my point, Who cares?

I am not a fan, but he handled this very well. The last thing he needed to do was ratchet this thing up further. We do not need to know everything in the moment and that knowledge in real time would have made this very hard to manage on the world stage. The internal tensions in Iran exposed by this are a testament to how bad this could have gone.

Killing him was a calculated risk no different than UBL. I saw firsthand what this demon was responsible for. In fact it ranks right at the top in regards to the importance of nailing him. It certainly could have gone in the wrong direction. The advisers to Trump are doing their jobs and he listened to them....That's a good thing

Whole heartedly agree, He was responsible for way more than we know and becoming extremely powerful in the terrorist community. As I understand it he could travel through most middle eastern countries unencumbered. An internationally united terrorist organization is a very scary scenario. He has needed to go for a very long time. This is the first time I truly believe the President has deferred to his advisors as you stated. I think the outcome surprised everyone. Hopefully this is a direction for the future.

Per a longtime Iranian American friend of mine, who does NOT like Trump at all, this general was an enemy even to most of the Iranian citizenry as he had many of them killed over the years. So, he was considered evil by many of his countrymen. Therefore, folks shouldn’t be fooled by the enormous crowd at his funeral (my friend thinks most were forced to attend as they hated him with a passion). Though not Trump supporters for the most part, most of the Iranian citizenry has never been outrightly anti-US and, if anything, this assassination may help improve feelings toward the US from the bulk of the citizens.

In a related manner that occurred after the funeral, note that Iranian students intentionally avoided disrespecting the US and Israel by avoiding stepping on their flags per this:

Well, they tried to send a message in 1979 with Delta, but Operation Eagle Claw in April 1980 was a complete disaster. Destroyed a helo, a fixed wing, and 8 personnel. On top of that, no one rescued.

Some jackass was walking around with a M82 Barrett and a attached monopod. Of course he was LARPing and had a 3X body wearing a M sized plate carrier and what looked to be a Striker Ballistic helmet like team guys wear.

I saw a news story about West Virginia offering to annex any Virginia county willing to leave their state due to the 2A and now 1A attacks from Richmond. Sounds like a really good idea to me. I wish 94% of them would leave and become West Virginia. Leave the leftists in Richmond and other major city centers. Not sure they could continue to fund their state coffers with just the poorest inner city areas...I could see an avalanche of states doing the same thing, if it were possible. I'd like to give a few counties in the Atlanta Metro to the state of New York. With all of the New York license plates showing up, GA may flip blue in four years. I'll be facing the same threat as Virginians.

I had a friend send me an article today about the Corp retiring the Ma Duece soon. It certainly isnt practicle in the modern military but shooting the Duece was a religous experience!
 
You know.. I've been looking at the polling data, I looked at it in 2016, and I read the news and realize it's a crapshoot. These "polls" aren't very good. I can say, as we approach the 2020 primary, the actual numbers will shift around from what they have been. If I had to guess at this point, I'd say Bloomberg will surge eventually, Steyer is getting a hard push down here where's he's spending his whole bankroll on ads, and Biden will still edge enough out to secure it.

TLDR: I predict Biden, Bloomberg to be very close soon. Adding Hillary to the race is bad for the Clintons, and if she is dumb enough to enter again, I will enjoy the entertainment.

The impeachment deal is doing nothing but re-securing the general election for Trump. The average worker who has been able to afford Christmas gifts for their children, and have a little extra money based off some of their investments and Trump's tax changes, have no interest in Trump being "impeached". The people I've spoken with are just happy that there is a president who is standing up for us and they honestly don't care if he "bullied" the Ukraine for info. What does piss them off, is the idea of all the money being spent on the current investigations and what they call a "witch hunt".
 
I cant see anybody beating Trump. Its pretty obvious to anybody paying attention that the Dems real target here is the Senate which the GOP will defend to the death. The Democrats had better be concerned about losing the House again. They have done nothing but show their inability to be toxic

I'm young, so I can't remember all the details from the Clinton deal, but didn't the Republicans lose everything afterwards, even though the impeachment was a "success"? I can't see how this impeachment can do anything to help them regain the Senate or even keep the House.

Trump is literally saying things to Virginia like "see, the dems are trying to take your guns" and who knows what happens in that state voting wise soon. People are starting to see that Iran did absolutely nothing when we stood up for ourselves.. and now the average non political person is hearing that "obama gave them a lot of money in the middle of the night for some reason"... regardless if you think he's a moron or not.. you've gotta respect.. he has kept his word on a lot of things, something that is only going to hoist him up in the general elections.

God only knows what would happen on the streets if they were able to actually force Trump out of office.. Virginia, while peaceful, was a warning.

The GOP took the Senate and House in the 104th congress for the first time since the 50's leading to The Contract with America. Clinton was impeached by this congress and re-elected obviously after be emboldened by his impeachment. The GOP maintained control in the 105th congress

Clinton was reelected before he was impeached. That's why they impeached him.

The worse part about this impeachment is the slap to the face (by Democrats) to the people who voted for Trump. In not so many words, they are telling half of America that they don't care about what we care about and who we elected. They want us to know they can take all of it away by any means necessary

Well, they use the popular vote argument. Hillary won by a landslide by that, but lets be real.. they're trying to over-turn the election.. something Hilary complained about back in 2016. It's okay for the Dems to do it, of course.

I personally think, Trump will win even bigger this time around, because the average voter is getting ticked off and seeing all the drama and wasted money trying to "get him out".

Yes.....They are trying to nullify the election results. Demographics are really going to come into play this year. Do young people really want a move towards socialism? I can only hope the answer to that is no. What do black people do? Its obvious to me that Trump has done well in this area but they have been trapped by the Democrat party for decades. I think Dems will do well with women and that's about it

The black unemployment rate is at record lows. It's great. And this topic can go off very quickly and we should avoid it.. but there are a lot of people who just don't want to work for money. Also, young people are being taught in their schooling horrible things.. very bad things.. about how the world should work instead of how it does work. I like to call it brainwashing.
