Doubt it. Some anafrontal cold chasing moisture potential will pop up and a Deep South snow goober will fire one upMight go all winter with a winter storm thread.

I highly doubt that’s going to happen. I think we have atleast a couple. Once we get through the disaster that will be the next 3 weeks.

...LIGHT SNOW POSSIBLE IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA SATURDAY NIGHT...
Light rain may mix with or change to light snow showers Saturday
night producing accumulations up to 1/2 inch. Any accumulations
should be limited to elevations above 2000 feet and on grassy
surfaces. Temperatures will fall into the upper 20s to lower 30s
so some bridges and overpasses may be affected if enough snow
falls.
In other parts of north Georgia, including northwest counties and
far northern parts of the Atlanta metro, a few flurries may be
possible late Saturday night. No accumulations or impacts are
expected in these areas.
Any snow should end by Sunday morning.
Is Birmingham on the other side of the apps ? I thought the apps went through Birmingham ? I know Birmingham has hills/mountains.I remember when I lived in Birmingham I used to always see North Carolina and wedge areas get blasted with winter weather... now that I live on the east side of the apps I've seen nothing hardly... makes me want to go back to the other side of the apps.. at least you have a good chance of seeing flurries.
The end of the Appalachians goes thru and ends south of Birmingham but they have weather typical of west of the apps.. cold fronts swing through there very quickly compared to other areas. The mountains are small though. Is Birmingham on the other side of the apps ? I thought the apps went through Birmingham ? I know Birmingham has hills/mountains.
You are 60 and call yourself an old man?Why would a man, borne in High point NC perch himself at 600 ft NW of Baltimore in the highlands.. I'm an old man. I had to.
