So while we talk about all the potential wet weather on the way (Rah NWS even mentions threat of flash flooding) the drought continues to creep.....

So I've had much more rain than you I believe since Friday (1.6 to be exact) and while digging post holes for my new shed yesterday I discovered that it's still fairly dry. There was moisture in the ground but digging 30" deep without hitting mud says something about how dry the last month or so has been

I'm confused as to why this thread has twice as many pages as the June thread.

Truly upsetting, and Boundary layers aren't even effectively mixed around my area either, maybe tonight a left over outflow boundary can spark some rain showers 1B6B1F64-9E1B-46B4-9F58-11E6F4938B4F.jpeg

You're not actually confused. You don't like the thread because it isn't exactly like American was but without burns. The majority likes the thread so if you don't it makes no impact. Just stop saying useit's useless. It exists and will continue to whether you say it's useless or not.

No, I really would like to know what the point of this thread is, and why can't these posts just be in the June or banter thread. I am really confused as to what the point of this thread is and why it's different.

Yup, while I was being sad about the Braves fumbling around another day game I didn't notice that the rain in Georgia was evaporating. RIP

Brick, the point of his thread is to complain/talk about how trash the weather has been, banter is for friendly convos or talking about something thats going on in you life, for example you just got a job offer
