One of these days, I’m going to take a road trip down south so I can actually see what falling snow looks like. Congrats to everyone who is seeing some snow!

Snow reports (> Trace) I have seen thus far across NC from social media, my own personal trip down to Whiteville, etc.

Boardman (northern Columbus Co): 0.2"
Burgaw 1.0"
Clarkton (southern Bladen Co): 0.3"
Jacksonville: 1.0"
Lumberton: 0.2"
Rocky Point (southern Pender co): 0.5"
Whiteville: 0.5"

I'm so glad I decided to take the 1-1.5 hour trip down to Whiteville at about 3-4am morning, I definitely don't regret it. I'm much less salty for sure lol

I’m not mad, nice to see those areas get snow, ------ winter but it is what it is, most of NC has seen snow now

Wilmington and points south are getting screwed over by the warm nose this morning. If only it could be snowing over all of NC rn and this is where the rain/snow line had to start before trying to jog northward.

Sigh

My salt level is on expert this morning

Yep. Another winter with snow to the North, South, East, and West of our area. I'm just going to plan on warm, snowless winters until further notice.
