Some are starting to get impatient. I still say 1 to 2 inches for Wake is good.
I need this thing to slow down some lol.... I don't want it to get here till dusk

If you look really closely, a mesoscale convective vortex appears to be trying to form in Moore and Chatham counties underneath the deep convection there, if more latent is realized this MCV could become more distinct and enhance precipitation rates in/around the Triangle.

Even w/ bright banding seeing dBz values approach 60 in portions of western Harnett county is nuts. Should be a huge burst of sleet incoming for SD.

I can tell you that just north of Pittsboro there are a few sleet pellets mixing in with the rain. That's about it, for now....
