These are the forecasts I like to see. This almost ensures me we’ll get a good window of opportunity. They’ll get it wrong and it will go something like this when it’s all said and done:

“We underestimated the influence **insert trendy new teleconnection** would have across the eastern United States this year but overall our forecast was correct because **insert reason**.”

Seems to me that battle line has moved north over the past few years.

CFS Has been all Giddy starting Mid Nov, 13thish , past few runs. See if trend continues to carry forward as we get ready to roll through the last week of October. All I got.
The multiple Frost have the leaves ready to peak here over the tail end of October, which is about right on time. Usually we peak early the first week November and its all bare limbs by mid November/Turkey day.

Does it really matter? I don't know if any historical corrections hold, tbh.

2000 was the driest December in record in Charlotte. If I could get that setup back, I’d definitely take it.
