Maybe one day war will initially focus on the killing of billionaires/wealthy first instead of women and children. Imagine how much money would then be used to prevent war and or how much more dialogue would take place out of nowhere. It’s truly odd how the US is financing this war for Russia.
 
I think there’s no path for victory for Russia without something drastic. With other countries supplying Ukraine. Ukraine will be able to remain strong and defend themselves for quite a while. While In Russia there facing economic collapse the Russian citizens are starting to feel this and I do feel for the Russian people they didn’t choose this war. But with that said as Russia continues to be sucked dry. Ukraine continues to fight Russia isn’t winning on there current direction. Only way Putin wins is by dropping foab on Ukraine capital and calling it a day. But in the long run Putin loses because whatever the outcome I can’t see Putin remaining in power much longer Russia citizens will won’t to rid themselves of him so that sanctions can be dropped and they can get back to living and not suffering economically and financially because of Putins bad decisions.

This affirms what we discussed yesterday. China doesn't want to find itself in the middle of Russia and the West. It may offer Russia a financial solution that ultimately benefits China in the short term, but long term China wants good relations with the West.

I get being skeptical, we all should be, but China's industrial strength comes from the needs of the West. That too, is also fact. Severing ties with the West would be them cutting off one of their arms. China is not and never has been in the same position as Russia. They're going to be much more diplomatic until diplomacy can no longer be achieved. They have to be.

I agree, I just wonder if they will put their money where their mouth is and negotiate with Taiwan.

Hell more like cutting off both their legs and their head......anyone that thinks China is going to trade the US/EU market for Russia is nuts. What China would potentially gain from taking Taiwan they would lose 10 fold by losing EU/USA markets etc.....Ultimately we can survive without them a lot better than China can survive without us.

This is the bottom line. Ultimately there are many impoverished nations with logistical advantages, cheap labor, tons of natural resources and little to no regard for environmental standards, who can pick up where China drops off. Mexico is a great example, they have been able to keep pace with the relative rate of growth of China, in regards to imports over the last 20yrs.

A Ukrainian government official told Politico Monday that Ukrainian pilots were already in Poland to start the process of taking control of the 28 MiG-29s

The misinformation is extreme like the soldiers on the island who reportedly died, but were actually alive.
