I saw it. Thats a thermobaric and there is no way in hell that didnt kill citizens. What it does to a person is barbaric. Its a small step back from a nuclear device in regards to its level of destruction and is a definitive level up in his approach to force Ukraine into submission. As much as this conflict has been shown on social media, There is no way the truth is circulating regarding Ukraine deaths
