I saw a report where Ukraine's power grid has been destroyed and they are without electricity as winter arrives.
 
I dont doubt many war crimes have been committed by Russians but since there is a media blackout on Ukrainian atrocities i thought i would post this. Many Ukrainians should be hung for war crimes going right to the top.

The Russians are raping women and children and executing people in the streets and this is what you post as a war crime?
