So, beneficial rain potential to keep the soils moist and keep away any drought and heatwave with low risk of damage and power outages to worry about from Elsa. Cant ask for much better than that. The tropics have been as busy as I can ever remember in the SE US so early in the season with already this being the third TC.

Likely spells bad news for later in the year, esp Aug & Sep when the real season begins
