Misc This Means WAR

Something else that's eye opening. I was heavy in Gold, caught the Gold Rush. But its down from a peak over 5,000 to now 3900 and falling. The Dollar is going up so much, everyone is vacating the commodities for now. Wonder how the Bricks nations will be affected from this. They use the Gold as guarantee. Plus with oil going down. Russia who is in trouble should be feeling it more. Russia loosing 1000's of soldiers a month. Supposedly Ukraine looses 1 for every 6-7 of Russia. Use to be 3 to 1. That's there side talking. But they have shown what superior Drone Technology can and will do.
Not to make light of the situation in eastern Europe. But what a current case study at how rapidly warfare has changed and will be waged going forward. No longer about tanks. trenches and legions of men.
China has announced they are fixing to showcase their big robot army supposedly, think within next few weeks. Now how legit advnaced verse just false advertising, jury is still out.

We are decades ahead of China but the real issue is the "who" that actually controls that technology and the why they withhold this technology that could benefit people in lieu of killing them. At some point the planet has to stop thinking about how we fight the wars of the future and that point in time has to be NOW. For some reason the population that doesn't understand this needs to start understanding
 
I suspect it won't last if oil holds around here, but I can note an interesting gas price jump myself.

I'm holding out hope for something around $3.59 at the least on my home turf as I'm coming to NC (specifically, SW NC with the main plans built around Gorges State Park) in two weeks as of Sunday and I, as of today, am going to turn down full driving help, possibly foolishly, though I have at least one, most likely two people also coming with me and taking their own vehicle.

-Crude futures are trading about where they were trading at 5PM EDT Friday, which was up only ~$1 from where it was at 2:30PM Fri.

-Stock futures are all up

Eh, that is baloney. If you go up on prices the moment Oil spikes, then you can come down at least somewhat as fast. The same as when Circle K is $3.50 at one place and is $3.85 four miles down the road.

I don't think its illegal, but im definitely not gonna say they arent taking advantage.

I'm only talking about the rural small gas stations that hardly sell any gas. The bigger ones have to refill weekly I would imagine or even more than that so there's no excuse

Yeah, there's a gas station close to me that's on a bit of a delay price wise. I tried to stop there to save a bit of money due to the fact an apparent price cycle has sent many other stations to the upper 3's as of today, but it wasn't meant to be as my card didn't take. 🤦‍♀️

(we were down to $3.49 or below but now there are a number of stations at $3.89 as of today)
