Misc This Means WAR

End them. To heck with this bs

When you say “end them”, I assume you mean the regime. But how do you end the regime? That would require massive boots on the ground, which need Congressional approval (unlikely) and would still be problematic due to mountainous terrain and millions of Iranians willing to risk death.

Well aware of the costs and red tape

That cost if they could somehow get Congress to approve could very well include the GOP losing the Senate (I mean 48 or fewer seats). If so, would that still be worth boots on the ground? I highly doubt it would be to DT!

That's already a done deal. Trump has nothing to lose and ought to come down hard on Iran.

You seriously already think the GOP losing not just the House but also the Senate is a done deal? That’s going out on a limb to say it’s done.

The more I think about it how was it allowed for everyone to be in the same room? Who approved that?

I remember a time when the President and the line of succession were in different areas

Even the State of the Union just a few weeks ago had a designated survivor. It's a tradition but last night the top three or four were all there together

If last night had went different we would have a 92 year old President right now...

they're going to lose all of congress anyway. this war was just piling on people's (already) stressed out wallets. add to that, the fact the strait will never be open again (in most likelihood, to USA) and $3-4+ a gallon of gas is the new normal at all times, even with a new administration. it will propel the democrats (who will likely be in control) into their green energy initiatives with actual public support.

honestly, regardless, oil is going to die because of this fiasco. and as a republican, i am going to say i don't mind it. this oil thing is and always will be a disaster. some country(ies) are always arguing/fighting over the oil, screwing with the global price. it's time to leave it behind.

Theres ALWAY THIS option..

Let's Talk About An ACTUAL Energy Policy

This is why you dont quit before the job is done. Now the Houthi's want in on the action

ARE IRAN AND ITS PROXIES GIVING MORE REASONS TO STRIKE?Iran is already charging transit fees in the Strait of Hormuz, asserting control over a chokepoint that carries a massive share of the world’s energy supplyNow reports suggest the Houthis are exploring similar tolls in Bab al-Mandab, another critical global shipping route.

my power company failed trying to build nuclear power. it was funny and they still charge us for messing it up. another reason i can't wait to leave here.

Interesting irony two posts not far apart.

The US needs to park a few dozen warships in the strait and open it by force, but we cant do that because Iran possesses the ability to sink those ships. So Iran has control of the single biggest negotiation point, and they know it. Iran seems willing to endure the blockade and every week this goes on the global impact on oil increases.

Headlines are calling Iran's latest proposal "new" and framing it as diplomatic progress, but it’s worth reading the fine print before getting excited.Iran is offering to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and end the war, on the condition that the U.S. lifts its blockade first and agrees to postpone all nuclear negotiations to a later phase. That isn’t a concession, it’s Iran asking Trump to give up his only leverage before the hard conversation even begins. The entire reason the blockade exists is to force Iran to the table on nuclear enrichment and uranium stockpiles. Those are Trump's two stated war objectives… if he lifts the blockade and ends the war first, he gets Hormuz open and Iran gets to walk away from the nuclear question indefinitely.Iran's own FM told mediators in Islamabad there is no internal consensus in Tehran on nuclear concessions, which means this proposal is partly Iran buying time while its leadership figures out what it actually wants.Opening the strait is not the end of this war, it is Iran's exit from the part of the war it is losing.

This is a solid post and here is why. You are not only going to see the death of the oil industries burning of these fuels appearing on the horizon, you are also going to see the country begin to demand a new system of government as well BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORKING. Green energy is an absolute joke as well and anybody who has watched one episode of landman can see this clearly. We already have the technology to create zero point plasma energy (Free energy) it is just being kept from us (Tesla solved this decades ago before his death). This shadow government I call the Cabal is withholding this breakthrough in technology because they own the oil industry as well as the green energy industry and every other energy industry that is the backbone of this planet. Why people honestly believe that their "side" is the best side is beyond me at this point and it does not matter if you have 3 sides, 6 sides or a dozen sides to choose from it's still the same corrupt system that was designed to be corrupt from the beginning.

This shadow government is embedded into everything so getting things done has never been a problem for them because they have the ability to easily sway elections and could care less which "side" wins. They clearly DO NOT want Trump in power because he is a threat to the system and to them and that has been his goal the entire time. He is going to expose it to everyone whether they love him or despise him and you can see that happening now all across the board. I will never vote in another federal election as long as I live until the system is changed which is what draining the swamp is truly about. We are being lied to, manipulated, duped and controlled......ALL OF US

Those scientist in the energy field are being offed in China just as they are the United States

Oil isnt going to die? Unless you prefer walking to and fro.
All you have to do for America is build, increase refinery capacity. We would be paying a 1.50 for gas today. Have to export half our harvested oil cause we cant convert it to gas. Been this way for a while. The environmental red tape, decade long permit fighting court cases on end to build one is whats killing avg joe in America.
Green energy is not the answer. Its a mechanism to rob us and enrich the Al Gores of the world.
But the main reason to run oil out the door is way more sinister than enriching certain elites promoting all this green energy garble. Its to bring captilism down in the west. Bringing captilism/freedom down is the main driver behind a lot of whats happening today.
Been the End goal all along and several folks cant see it , right in front of their nose.
Then there is the pool of folks who see it, and want it.

Sandbar good post. Of all your post, we see the exact same thing. We arent alone. Millions finally waking up to the sham. But unfortunately not enough to stop them from walking to the cliff blindfolded every november and electing the same ole garbage. The legislative branch in America (R and D) have thrown us all to the wolves. Hate it for my kids and grandkids coming. They all got bought for, controlled and sold us out!

FYI: The GOP lost the next election because, despite 75 to 80 percent of all Americans being for the SAVE act. They(Thune) balked on it. That will be the end of the GOP . The die hard folks who make up their base, who I am encircled with. This was the final straw. When you want go pass legislation and fight for sonething as simple and favorable as securing elections. That tells you all you need to know.

I have to ask this....How long do you think Capitalism is actually going to be viable for ALL AMERICANS? Don't get me wrong, it's better for us than the alternatives currently available but Capitalism is just another scam we all fell for. The elites who can afford these wild fluctuations are just sitting back and laughing at us as we constantly battle inflation that lower income people obviously can't afford to fight. A snickers bar is made out of the same ingredients it's always been but look at the cost. The wealth gap just continues to grow and grow and grow and grow and we just accept it thinking it's the "best thing we have" as we continue to pay taxes on top of taxes on top of taxes. All of our economic systems are coming to the end at some point as well but not until this evil is exposed.

Agree Its the best alternative we have. Compared to everything else. We are never going to live in a perfect world. To much greed pride , me myself and I etc.
To answer your question its over imo. To far gone.
What is it 39 trillion debt. At a minimum 50%-75% + a result of fraud. They will never stamp it out, auto correct and do the right thing for the good of the people.
All of them (legislators), or atleast 99% are comprimised and controlled puppets. Bought an paid for.
I apologize for getting thread off topic. So i will hush now. But I have a list of all current congress and senators, showing everyones net worth the day they came into office and net worth now. Its mind blowing. Old old days some actual journalists would rake them over the coals and press them for accountability, expose. But the entire press are right there with them.

A one party country is inbound for sure. 2027 and especially 2029 and beyond will be crazy.

before the war, i thought vance easily had the 2028 win. now, i think newsome has a real chance. democrats are going to run on the "groceries are too expensive, and we need to leave oil behind for cheaper energy for both climate change and your wallets."

even opponents to green are going to go to the pump, remember the policies the democrats are putting forth, and finally decide enough is enough with the oil thing.

the optics of all of this stalemate war will be devastating for the republicans.

This shows just how desperate Trump is for a deal. Begging Israel to let Hezbollah survive, while it also shows Trump is NEVER going to restart the war. Obviously, Iran is well aware of this as well. So now instead of victory we are in long drawn out talks designed to lead to our surrender. Well played, Iran
