In a vacuum, it is a pretty hilarious Tweet. By our President, well, it's still funny, but also WTF. We truly live in a world that seems more and more like Idiocracy everyday.

Honestly, it sounds like the domino theory for justification/containment post WW2, but replace Communism with "Islamicized".
