Luckily there were no immediate deaths although a 10-12 year old boy is in serious condition with shrapnel injuries. Most of the injuries appear to be minor.

Alot might be different now if Jimmy Carter hadnt been so weak in 1979. When the embassy POWS were taken by the Iranians Carter should have done this. Go on national tv and announce Iran had 7 days from the time carter started talking to return all the POW's safely back. During that 7 days there will be no talks, no negotiations, no nothing. If, at the end of the 7 days the POW's arent back in our hands unharmed he would ask Congress for a declaration of war.

The state of GA suspended its gas tax for two months starting yesterday. That amounts to a reduction of 0.33/gallon for gasoline and 0.37/gallon for diesel.
