Agreed with everything you said. Heartbreaking loss no doubt. A lot of teams would have conceded the loss being down 4 goals with 1 period to go, especially with how bad the 2nd period went. Really respect this team for not giving up.

Honestly, these first 3 games have reminded me of a Rocky fight at times with wild swings of momentum. What throws me off is you get these periods of stability in between the craziness.

In each playoff series so far, Carolina has looked better as the series went on and the opponent looked worse—almost like we broke their spirit by this point. I don’t think that will happen with Vegas even if the Canes win in game 4. My gut tells me this will be a streetfight that goes the full 7.

Bussi did crazy well under the circumstances and I hope he starts as well.

Agreed, I could see this series going 7 as well. I think switching to Bussi makes a lot of sense. Andersen has been a constant in our playoff exits the last few years; he just seems to run out of gas in the later rounds at his age. Carter Hart looks very beatable and I think Bussi gives the Canes a much better shot at stopping Vegas' grade A chances. We saw Bussi win like 10 of his first 11 starts and he won 31 of 39 in the regular season. If Bussi can recapture the form he had before the Olympic break, I think he can get the Canes a cup.
