What time would this be?
Look at the top left time/date stamp in that image.... valid Sat. 2019-02-23 22z. 22:00 is 10:00 pm, zulu time which is 5 hours less so 5:00 pm EST
(obviously 4:00 pm central)

Has increased every run recently
Not looking like much of a hslc event anymore, looks a bit more like a classic severe wx event, some of those CAPE soundings have gotten fatter, still lacking a bit in the lower levels, thank goodness we don’t got much of a Elevated mixed layer with this setup

Is the HRRR as bad at forecasting severe as it is snow!?? It’s horrible at snow!!
THE HRRR AND NAM ARE PRETTY RELIABLE WHEN FORECASTING SEVERE. AS WITH ANY WEATHER EVENT THINGS CHANGE IN A HEART BEAT SO THEY CAN ALL BE WRONG AT TIME

agree 100 percent... each short range modell run trend r increasing instability.. look for a moderate risk in morning spc update... area north ms. parts sw Tennessee. maybe far back as se arkansas
