Firing all 10 and hiring 1 competent is the plan of action, but the left is having a tantrum because they would be forced to acknowledge differences in individual’s intelligence and capabilities. This concept is the core hate of the lefts very existence on a social level, they abhor the individual, and especially the extraordinary individual.
I wasn't talking about the site I was referring to the NWS stuff. Commercializing the forecast is just a bad idea because once money drives it we end up with too many JBs who will look for profit versus quality. Put forecasts behind a paywall is just a bad ideaYes, it is.
First and foremost, it's awfully arrogant of them to tell @SD and @Salt what to do with their site and how to run it.
Second, things such as weather forecasting, storm chasing, storm analysis, etc. will all still be happening even if the NWS were eliminated.
Third, Project 2025 (which, BTW, Trump has yet to endorse) doesn't actually call for the elimination of the NWS. It only calls for the organization to engage in data-gathering services (we an only speculate what is meant by that) and commercialize its forecasting (which is already happening in some form).
