Presidential Election 2024

The few billion dollars at most and old military equipment we'll keep will certain pay for the hundreds of billions(conservative estimate) the mass deportations will cost the government, not to mention the worker shortage it'll cause, the damage 11 million people suddenly no longer participating in the American economy will cause, ect.

Also you guys always bring up how we're wasting money in Ukraine and how it could help Americans but you guys refer to any moves Democrats try to make to help out impoverished Americans as "socialism" and "hand outs".
Wrong. We prefer the "handouts" don't make it 4 and 5 generations deep. At some point your family has to grow up too.....

I have the day off of work and I just voted at my polling place. There were no lines and I finished my voting in record time. Of course the early morning and rush hour voters were not there but I was surprised that more voters were not there. I live in Wake County which is definitely not a rural county any more so it was stunning to see things so quiet where I was voting. There were a couple of first time voters there who had recently moved to the area from other states. That is par for the course for this area now with so many people escaping from the big blue states to move here. I hope they didn't bring their voting patterns with them.

Oh but it won’t cost us if they stay….

One thing that does befuddle me...

I'm still struggling to make sense of how the huge in women voters is automatically a good sign for Harris. Yes, some of it may be the Roe v. Wade effect, but how can people be so sure even majority of these women aren't also coming out to vote for Trump?

In fact, I'd go as far as to argue it's a bit sexist to assume the huge woman turnout will lead to a Kamala victory...

Question, what would Trump have to do, politically or morally for any of you guys to withdraw your support of him? Like what is the absolute line he would have to cross for you guys to go "Yeah, no" on him.

I'm asking this based off of yesterday when I brought up Trump being held liable for sexual abuse and the non-chalant, "who cares" reactions it got.

Man I should've waited until election day then. I voted early in Cary and it took over an hour. I waited for the wait times to drop on the tracker but they never did.

On the surface it would seem sexist to believe that women voters in 2024 are automatically programmed to vote for Kamala Harris. That is not the case, however, with a gender gap among women of over fifteen points and the heavy emphasis the Democratic party has put on women voter turnout this year with reproductive rights being the number one ballot issue and so many celebrity endorsements from high profile women it is hard not to look at women voters in 2024 with blinders on.

He would have to send billions to Ukraine, open the borders, call me garbage, etc. There is lots more.
