I'm in an area where new neighborhoods are flying up everywhere and are mostly being built by immigrants. Send ice in these areas and stop new construction and see what happens to home prices.

I want to point out a couple of things here. 1) Very little of what the illegals make is funneled back into the local and national economies. All you have to do is go into a WalMart on payday and you will see a line of illegals almost out the door getting money orders to send back home. They only purchase the essentials neccessary to sustain themselves where the are. No more no less. 2) The illegals are contributing to an economic bubble that is going to burst at some point and it is not Orange Bad Man that has created this, it is WOAT and the dems that have been in power for most of the last 20 years that have created this smoke and mirrors bubble to stay in power. Remember, Orange Bad man was only in power for 4 of the last 20 years and really only had two years of a favorable Congress. However as we all know, that Congress was not favorable at all with the Never Trumper Rinos and Dems in choots. So once again your thought process is off base and you fail to see this.

The only dumb thing is thinking that gutting the farming and meat packing industries is going to lower food prices....or putting tariffs on foods imported to the US is going to make things cheaper. Literally 70% of most farms workers are made up of foreign born workers...these people also spend 600-800 billion dollars a year on goods and services in mostly rural areas of this nation. When they go away so does that money and many businesses in these areas will fail without that money.

So either Trump was lying when he said he was going to deport 20 million people or Trump is going to wreck the farming industry of this nation along with construction, hotel/motel and other immigrant heavy workforce industries.

Trumps gonna talk it up until he is in office then he will back peddle Bigly and blame it on someone else.

Anyone who thinks going after the 70% of immigrants that make up Wisconsins dairy farm workers will lower milk and dairy prices is living in fantasy land

Doesnt change the fact that they are the backbone of the food/dairy and meat industry in this country and deporting millions of them will have a huge negative impact on that.

So give them all work visas....make the process to get work visas easier etc...I am all for deporting people with criminal histories etc, but there is a smart and dumb way to do this, the US does not have enough people to work in all these jobs so we NEED these people. Deporting them is hopefully just a dumb sound bite Trump uses to get short sighted folks to vote for him, hopefully he is all talk on this and his tariffs otherwise we are going to see some very hard times coming up.

I’m all for people coming into the country through legal means for a better life. Sneaking in illegally is wrong and they should be deported.
